I would be leery of this one. I had taken my taxes there for many years and when my bookkeeper passed away, not even a note to notify her customers of her passing or how her clients would be handled going forward. No, instead I was notified when I called to make an appointment with "you do know that she died right before the tax deadline." " She left us in quite a mess!" I was appalled, but made an appointment with someone else as we had some issues with a previous tax year. One appointment and several calls later, no resolution, no accountability for any paperwork that was filed with IRS. Does not return calls and when they do, it is some lame excuse that they do not find any of the forms that the bookkeeper had filed with IRS. I ended up taking care of it myself.
