Feedback:

Sir, I came to work for this company (A1) in mid April of this year, since then I have found nothing but inconsistencies, unprofessionalism, falsehoods, untrustworthiness and the deplorable unwillingness by A1 "Blue Rock" office staff to assist and accommodate company employees unloading containers, performing labeling projects, repackaging and building displays.A1's misguided supervisors with no apparent desire to communicate with employees, instills distrust, low morale, disrespect and abrasive attitudes amongst a virtually nonexistent workforce.Inebriated guidance and blind leadership is no substitute for management!A1's misleading and mischaracterized recruiting policies, offer very little insight into the low pay, failed direction, non support and dismissive discontent from office staff, employees will receive once they begin.I find your employee relations policies and procedures in direct violation, of even the most vaguest State of Ohio/EEOC rules and requirements that govern, protect and safeguard the rights and entitlements, of any and all hired employees in the State of Ohio!A1's failed acknowledgement of employee relations, as it pertains to minorities and low income employees, trying to fullfill A1 contractural obligations out of state, is absolutely, reprehensible and deplorable at best. Your office staff has shown complete disdain in regards to resolving pay, accounting and any breakdown or itemizing of work performed for payment received, but has no problem mailing Jeff Brown a $15 check for a 21 skid labeling project!Know this, and with all due respect, I am a proud professional United States Navy (Seabee) Veteran with 20 additional years of overseas contracting inside the U.S. Department of State, if there's one thing I've learned failure and dishonesty comes in all shapes and sizes, you have failed me, you have failed Jeff Brown and at this point, it doesn't matter how large your company is, you and your Blue Rock office staff will always come across as complete and unapologetic failures!A1's blatant lack of clarity in it's approach to clear well defined contract negotiations regarding employees pay and work being performed, is irresponsible, underachieving, erroneous, misleading and borderline felonious! I would strongly encourage you to revisit your policies/working rules that would allow two (2) employees like myself and Jeff Brown, to be shutdown mid-summer without any opportunities for future employment, when all we did for six (6) weeks was unload the forty foot containers that nobody else would....with little or no recognition! I look forward to and would certainly appreciate the same rapid response, Jeff Brown and I deployed when unloading forty foot containers! Sincerely,

Feedback:

It's been three weeks since the last time I worked loading and unloading tucks for this company(harmon warehouse, perris ca) and I have yet to be paid. Whenever I inquire about my check I either get the run around (somebody will call you) or just completely ignored. I just want to be paid what I'm owed but that doesn't look like it will happen. Very shady, beware.
