Terrible experience here. Went to them for small business taxes. They were lazy, uncommunicative, did not listen or pay attention to details, and straight up lied to us. We were passed along to several different employees there, and each one had less of an idea what was going on. Our taxes were a mess, and when we had to amend them, we were told that "amending taxes raises red flags with CRA". Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't CRA rather you amend your tax returns so they are CORRECT, rather than filing incorrect information? We were never apologized to for mistakes, and we were charged for all of their time, including fixing mistakes that WE had to find ourselves and ask them multiple times to fix. I highly discourage anyone with a small business from going here.
