Not a very great experience and I really have no desire to go back to this company for service in the future. I originally chose to go with this company because of all the great reviews I had read online, but unfortunately am not able to say I had the same experience. I was quoted Monday or Tuesday at the latest for my personal taxes to be completed (I am in a rush as I am in the midst of buying a house) however, I did not hear from anybody in the office until Friday. No notice that they would be 3-4 days later than expected. I was quoted my personal taxes to cost $80. I gave them $50 when I dropped off my paperwork for my "deposit" and then when I went to pay the remaining (what I thought would be $30) I was told I owed an additional $170. I did not agree to this, nor did somebody phone me to let me know that my taxes would be $140 more than I expected. I nicely told the woman on the phone that I did not have a good experience because of these two problems. I understand people make mistakes and neither of these were intentional, however, they should have been handled much more professionally. Other than an apology, the company has made no efforts to try to resolve the situation or gain my business back for future.
