I stopped in the office and was told I needed to make an appointment to be seen. The following week I called to do so & the girl on the phone asked me my areas of interest & I told her. She said that was another girl's [Jessica] specialty and connected me to her voice mail. Left a message and never heard a word. What service! NEXT.

I went there today. There was NO interest in trying to work with me. I would have thought that an Employement Specialist would want to find as many parties gainful employment. I was wrong.

I quit my job thinking I’d be able to find something else in no time. A month and a half later I realized it wasn’t going to be that easy. A close friend of mine recommended AR Mazzotta to me because their friend works for them. I sat down with a representative, they asked me a ton of questions like what were my end goals, what I was looking for in a salary, hours I wanted to work, they really wanted to know everything so they could find the right fit. When a job opened that matched what I was looking for, they gave me a call immediately and asked if I wanted to proceed. It’s been about a month and a half placed and I love it! Both AR and the company are very understanding and really listen so they can take care of their employees. They’re also very upfront with their staff and I haven’t had any surprises yet, which is always nice when you’re looking for employment. I’ve given my representative’s card out to a few people now because this is my first time using a job placement company and I’m kicking myself for not using them from the start!

I sent a resume to A.R. Mazzotta as almost an after-thought during my job search in 2016. I had just earned a certificate of completion from a local community college, where I had studied to be a medical administrative assistant.The agency staff members placed me about two weeks later at a hospital where I worked for almost three years. They found me work again about two weeks after that assignment ended.This company found me work quickly despite my not currently owning a car. Staff persons have been helpful, respectful and understanding.
