As an early stage business, I can't express enough what a huge help it has been to partner with Helpside and how impressed I am with their suite of services and personal touch. In addition to managing payroll, Helpside has proven to be a fantastic advisor on HR related matters and experts in healthcare and benefit options. I have worked with Ryan Ker and the entire Helpside team for many, many years now for all of my insurance needs including personal and business, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Their rates are hands down the best, and their customer service is ALWAYS prompt, friendly, professional, and on point! Your claims even get paid!! Whaaaaaa?? I give them 5 stars all across the board!

These guys just give you the run around. They do not back what they say or promise. I was told by one of their employees i had coverage. Then later they rejected the coverage. Now i am stuck with the bill. They are now telling me i had coverage 2 days after. I would have and could have waited. Do not trust them as they will reject you any chance they get. If they tell you something make sure its recorded and documented. As they do not do any documentation on their side.

We have worked with Helpside for some time. I called Emily Britt for some pay stub information for the past 3 or 4 years. She had it on my desk in glorious detail within an hour. A follow up request for annual summaries for three years was on my desk within an hour or two. Wonderful and very helpful. Thanks Emily!
