I had a wonderful experience with Andy! When he did my taxes and showed me my refund for 2015, I mentioned my 2014 refund was not close to what I was receiving for my 2015 refund. He said to bring my 2014 taxes up and he would look at them. I went back the next day, and he reran my return again. Low and behold, he found the mistake and amended my 2014 tax return. Yay!
