Not entirely sure why this company can't seem to get payroll checks issued correctly on a consistent basis. Our employees have rarely received correct paychecks over the course of the last month and a half.

Customer service improved after a few initial concerns. Very prompt and courteous replies now. If you are in NY and need to pay weekly, the checks don't arrive on time but the situation is remedied by use of personal check - GTM does the withholdings.

I have been with GTM for about 4 years. They have the best customer service. The are so efficient and personal. On top of everything, it is so personalized if you want, Raymond Potter has been so helpful and cares! I highly recommend you use them if you need this service.

GTM was recommended to us by our CPA. We have been very happy with their services. They are extremely professional and responsive and help us handle household payroll so that we know we are doing it correctly. I would highly recommend GTM (and Matt Owen in particular) if you have household payroll needs and want the comfort of knowing you are handling this very complicated matter correctly!

Hi, We used GTM for our childcare payroll processing for over 10 years. We were very happy with the service GTM provided. They took care of everything (quarterly filings, year end processing etc.). Great company to deal with. Very easy to get in touch with. Staff very knowledgeable and responsive.
