BEWARE!!!!!!Horrible professionalism and communication. 24hrs to 2 weeks is nothing but false advertisement. 2 and a half months later and nothing. Terrible people. They do not communicate at all with their clients. Everytime I call, if I manage to talk to someone all I hear is children running in the background. Even when I came into the establishment the place of business looks nothing like a place for taxes, but more like a Daycare. Their is always children running around the few times I've been there, and toys everywhere. The excuse these people tell me, is that they don't have enough time to deal with everyone. Then hire more people. They have more time dealing with the children, then with clients. Either hire more people to help, or shut down and make a Daycare. People's livelihoods are at stake, people losing money, getting penalized, and these people don't even care. If your starting a business, being a first time homeowner, or have a perfect tax record stay clear of this establishment. It's only going to end with you getting frustrated, penalized and losing money. You have been warned...
