i TOOK A MEMBERSHIP IN 2015, I USED FOR COUPLE MONTHS AND I REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION, BUT THEY NEVER DID. AND KEEP ON CHARGING ME $43 AND STATING THEY NEVER DID RECEIVE CANCELLATION LETTER. I DID SEND LETTER AGAIN AND AGAIN STILL THEY ARE CHARGING ME $43. BE AWARE OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP POLICIES.. MAY BE GOOD GYM BUT VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE CALLS.
