STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called the first week of January after the New Years Holiday and spoke with Mylinh to schedule an appointment with Mike as a first time client (I was being referred by a colleague of mine who has used their services for going on 4 years) and they confirmed my appointment for the end of February. Now three weeks later I get a call on a SUNDAY MORNING telling me that Mike is not accepting any new clients this year and they would need to cancel my previously scheduled appointment. HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN???? This shows a clear lack of communication on Mike's behalf towards his entire team!!! If this were really the case that he wasn't accepting any new clients wouldn't you imagine he should communicate this with his team prior to the beginning of tax season when people are calling to schedule appointments? I'm at an utter loss of words for a business that already doesn't have the greatest ratings on here. I guess I should have looked at these reviews prior to scheduling my appointment because I am clearly not the only one this has happened to!!!
