I used Rowena for my taxes for the first time last year and I thought everything went smoothly. However around October I got an email from the CRA stating that one of my T4's had not been filed. I looked back over the folder which I gave to Rowena and the T4 was indeed in that folder and had just been mistakenly missed. I ended up having to pay a fine and a significant amount of taxes that I was not expecting at that time of the year. I called up Rowena and explained the situation and she offered to do my taxes for free next year (2018). I contact her to file my taxes this year and she reneged on doing my taxes for free and claims I should have looked over my tax return last year (That's why I pay a tax accountant) and would only offer a discount off this year. I feel incredibly disappointed with her service and lack of accountability.
