Racist and unprofessional staff. Customer service is horrendous. Rude receptionist I spoke to had the worst mannerisms I've ever encountered. Was told to send in a CV to 3 different email addresses which were all incorrect. Highly do not recommend this appalling agency.

Appalling attitude and very rude, spoke to a lady on the phone and because she had a bad experience with other people she projected that onto me a judged me with the same brush as others. Very rude and very disappointing

After a few false starts I posted a 1 star review - the marketing team asked me to contact them after which I was immediately connected to the person that I was trying to reach and so I am revising this up to 4 stars for this extremely prompt response.

Where do I start, got a phone call saying Westray Recruitment had looked at my CV and I was suitable candidate for a particular job and wanted to sign me up .I travelled 20 miles to team valley, they signed me up promised me the world and more , that was the last contact I had.Hope you got your monthly quota at the exspence of genuine people looking for work......Waste of time and money.Anyone over 50 don't bother.....THERE ARE FULL OF SH**T........CAN YOU REPLY......
