Horrible place to "try" and become employed. I went through THREE different agents that sat directly across from one another and each of them called me at different times as if I was a new client/employee. They didn't pay for parking and had me come in THREE separate times to interview and "get a feel" for my personality. The one time I received a call for a job was for a temp job, after I had explained numerous times that I couldn't work part-time. That call was by the 2nd agent Maria. The 1st agent who's name I can't remember never even attempted. The 3rd agent Tracey somehow slipped me from Maria and then called for me to come in to meet with me. She asked me all the same questions the other 2 asked and I even took her an updated resume!! I have 3 separate files within 4 feet of each other in that office. Upon meeting her she explained that I had not taken any assessments or tests for any positions. I explained to her that I had done so prior to her (I have been registered with them since January 2017). Then she decided to tell the truth and told me that their system had been updated and they lost all of my scoring. She sent them over to me AGAIN and I took them AGAIN. I had not heard anything from her since before thanksgiving. I called last week she never returned my call. I called again on yesterday to check on an open position I saw on the site that had been there for sometime. She refused to tell me if the position was open and repeatedly said, "I won't be able to place you at this time..." She then said maybe you should try another agency. I have my own thoughts about staffing agencies in general, however this is completely unacceptable AND extremely unprofessional. The back and forth from agent to agent was too much in itself for someone to deal with. I hope that they make better attempts to see about potential employees instead of leading them on. Unemployment is a serious circumstance and so is playing with the livelihood of an individual. I won't be referring ANYONE to this business, and I will make it my business to be sure people know how careless they operate.
