When I called what I thought was Vodafone Customer Service, it turned out that I actually got through to this company - not before a long struggle and debate. My experience was awful - Barry, a so-called Customer Service Manager, was very dismissive, unwilling to listen, premeditated in his answer rather than listening to my point of view and refused to let me escalate my complaint to his manager. When I eventually got to speak to an actual Vodafone employee, they were extremely helpful and resolved my issue, and they actually cared about the company...unlike this company!I understand that Vodafone might be trying to save money by outsourcing, but they run the risk of losing customers as this company clearly don’t care about trying to help resolve issues or go out their way to retain loyal customers!
