Overall Feedback:

We have experienced problems with residential trash pickup for two years. We keep calling, we keep being told the problem is resolved, our trash pickups keep getting missed. I attempted to escalate, was told three days in a row that a supervisor would call me back, supervisor never called. They don't seem to have a process to solve something when it falls outside their standard operating procedures.
