not impressed. Company does not update last paycheck on time at all!! and when you call they will not help you understand why they have not updated your stubs for direct deposit.

We used BDB before they were taken over by Viventium. Ever since the services have declined and the number of fees they pull out of a hat have increased. We moved to Paychex.

To Charlie Allen, BDB is no different then other major payroll services such as ADP when it comes to taking money out of your account. What you failed to mention is WHY there is money being deducted from your paycheck in the first place. Was it a court ordered garnishment? A levy from a tax authority? Don't shoot the messenger!

the first time I rated on ffacebook I gave 2 stars cause of some screw with my pay but im not happy camper two occasions im having problems cashing my checks ,again . im not happy at all ,BDB wont even advise or explain why . so now they down to one star
