Spent a lengthy phone conversation with Tenny discussing my child’s disabilities and how they would be able to help us moving forward. At the end of the conversation I felt we had found a place that would be able to assist. I was told she and her BCBA would be in touch to schedule a time to come out and meet with our family. I did not hear back. After a couple of weeks I left her a message. She did not return my call. I left another message. Again, it went ignored. Unprofessional organization. Would not recommend to anyone in need of help for their child with special needs.
