Emergency is a joke. Waited 5+ hours. 1:30am-6:30am. Others that had been waiting far less longer than me were let in before me. I overheard my name being spoken about and the desk lady said that she didn't know where my files were, even though I gave them all my information as soon as I walked in. I was stuck waiting for hours. Then when they did call me in, another hour and still no doctor arrived, so I left. Horrible service. I am pregnant and have had no sleep and will not be going back there again if something is wrong with me. Absolutely uneducated in regards to Duty of Care.

Pretty good hospital in my experience so far there ED was the first one to get to the bottom of my eye problem.. I also spent some time in what I call the less than desirable ward which is also OK the food being the best part of the day always arrived and had good tucker on board.. They also home my specialist team which are good and made a good decision hiring a new smart doctor.. I'm also fingers crossed this is the last hospital I have to visit.. Oh and you get to watch the helicopter land quite closely which analates the boredom sometimes I play score the landing...

Have been coming here for the past 3 years, extremely good care every single time. Nurses are kind and understanding and doctors always try their best to make me better. Wait times can be dodgy sometimes, but when the ED is extremely full (such as during the floods) I can understand the long wait times. When it's hard to breathe they do their best to get me seen by a doctor and I am grateful for all they have done.

How can I complain, been there with a hook in ny leg, shoulder reconstruction, and nerve damage, and on all 3 occasions, helpful staff, professional service.. Well done people for doing such a great job in one of the toughest industries...

I had a 2.30 PM appointment and the doctor was on time, was very professional and I was able to be finished my appointment within in half an hour. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. On previous occasions I have had to make enquiries at the desk which.is manned by volunteers and they have also been friendly and helpful.
