I have found the team helpful and friendly enough. Until now I was completely satisfied with the service. However my one gripe is the 10am start. I urgently needed to contact someone about staff wages that hadn't been processed as expected. I had to wait until then. To gain 5 stars from me, they would need to have assistance available during normal office hours. Otherwise it's a simple user-friendly system for SME's on a tight budget.
