Client Review on Tax Hero

Joe and his team are somewhat knowledgeable about taxes. But when it comes to customer service, this is where tax hero lacks the most. They have to big of a client list seems like to not return any phone calls or messages. Trying to get an appointment scheduled or a call back with this company is very frustrating. Needless to say, I will be getting my 2018 returns done elsewhere. Update. As of now, joe and his team informed me I owed $34k in federal taxes. After numerous attempts to sit down with joe and his team to clarify this error. All I got was no phone call or messages returned. And after all this, joe still wanted $4k for his services. The guy is a fraud and does not care about clients. Atleast me atleast. Either way, I got my taxes squared away no thanks to the incompetent individuals at tax hero.
