Encountered one of their van drivers on the highway. They must of had a pretty bad day because they were accelerating in the merge lane and cutting cars off and forcing their way into traffic instead of properly merging.Edit: Actually, I never claimed to have used the service. And had I posted a positive review in the same circumstance you'd have no issue I'm sure.Reviews are for the company and your drivers are a public facing part of your company, influencing how it's viewed. For instance, that one driver will prevent me from ever using your company and I will speak as such to friends and family if asked. Maybe, just maybe because something public had been said about it, you'll make an attempt to fix it. Judging by your reply and intention to remove a negative review though, you have no intention of doing so and would rather manipulate your reviews through other means, and sadly, that's become a common practice.
