Client Review on Street Tax

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received. Very slow - 3 months to complete my taxes and lots of follow up phone calls. I paid $250 for my 2016 taxes. A year later while discussing my 2017 taxes, I found out that my moving expenses which was for work was not included. Even though my receipts had their own envelope and I clearly marked it on their submission form. So I had to pay an extra $100 for the refile and I was told its my fault for not reviewing it. I'm not the professional here, you are! How about you ask me to bring in more information, rather than just ignoring the entire envelope of receipts and the multiple addresses that I've indicated in my form. That's why I pay you to provide me with a service and get me the most money that I could get. I'm an engineer and I sure hope no customer of mine will have to check my work!
