I have been with Simplicity for 4 years, there have been challenges along the way, but their processes have improved. I rarely speak to them as I have educated both my clients and Simplicity of the relevant expectations. My business adheres to the risk levels set down by the insures, although a conversation often rectifies any potential challenges. The management team are stable and the approach is clear, helping us to understand the cost of supply. In summary they provide a low risk medium cost funding solution that pays you weekly, adds value from handling the E allowance, and removes trading risk as long as perimeters are adhered to. Credit control do require support and direction from time to time, but its your business and your money, and worth the effort.

Just received payslip. Despite having my new tax code and all details have been wrongly taxed. Only to be told "we only process once it won't be fixed this week". After admitting it was your error I am left in financial difficulties because you refuse to fix it in time

Appalling experience, lost us a client in the first 3 weeks, mis-sold their service by lying. Never took calls, withheld funds, DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. They are toxic.
