Not sure about the employees who work in Ikya but when they place anyone to their client. ThenThey will never respond you for your queries till the time client doesn't get invoice.They deduct PF & never submit PF to government for 2 or three months.When you ask for your PF they will stop responding you.And when you follow up for the same then they say- "Some issue are their in your PF account & PF department is reconciling your account". Yaar koi dhang ka bahana to do.Its been 7 years i worked with several companies & never happened this to me.In short deducting your PF is their Incentive & the best part is entire management gets their share out of it, so you cannot get help from anywhere.
