Coming in to this kind of work is not something for the light hearted, I have learned, and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. The administrative staff are all extremely driven to constantly be making improvements and making sure all employees are taken care of as well as client facilities. It is rare that a mistake is made more than once and I can promise you that. I have grown to love the challenge of this work and how it has made me grow as a person and an employee.
