Absolutely atrocious customer service and account management. This is possibly the worst recruitment agency is Auckland based around their (lack of) ability to communicate with candidates, the haphazard way that they deal with people leads to a sense that this organisation really cares very little for the people they want to backfill positions. In other words if you want be treated like a part of a herd of cattle rather than a human being, I would recommend using them. Unfortunately quite of lot of tech jobs go through these bunch of charlatans and they are gatekeepers to a lot of jobs in tech. They are completely unprofessional.
