I had very bad experience in Pitcs ,they have offered me as a experience candidate and after 3 days they told no I can't consider your experience as experience ,beacuse I am not able as per her word.if you want to stay in this company start as fresher then I quit that day itself.After 1 day I had spoken with team lead he told background verification failed that's why we told this much to you .Without telling anything to me they did what they d want . different reason they told to me that day but the exact reason was different.It's a really very harsshmemt to me.Even only offer intend letter they gave.no official I'd no offer letter nothing .According to them my previous company was fraud but nothing like that due to then I left my previous organisation but now I m job lessIt's my humble request to you people pls don't believe blindly without offer letter please don't join and pls ask about offer letter.DON'T BELIEVE ON OFFER INTEND LETTER.
