Terrible company to deal with, they don't explain their fees or services properly then take half your wages with no clear explanation. When you complain you get told different things by different people. Still none the wiser to where my hard earned cash is going and I've written in again for a formal written explanation. This will be my 5th email and still none of it has been properly explained. I worked 21 days last month and 14 days this month but came out with almost the same money. How can that be correct? Very poorly run business, stay well clear unless you like throwing away money.
