Feedback:
Third class service, I thought online process is the fastest process. And I needed my wife's pancard within 10 to 15 days. So I filled online form on 11 August and paid rs499, sent the all documents with fast currier by paying extra charges, and on 15th August it has been delivered, now 5 days over but I didn't get any acknowledgement no. yet. As they mention that they provide you the acknowledge when they get the documents. So I would request, please give me some update because I need them on urgent basis.
