Our organization has a number of unique, layered needs. We have to track information about accounts of various types, individuals at different levels and with different configurations and relationships, and payables from a number of sources. We have financial reporting requirements at a variety of levels to several different sources, and a history of bookkeepers that is varied and challenging over the last several years. We came to Anderson with all of these challenges and barriers, they spent a great deal of time listening and learning about our organization, and in a few months have come further with tracking, data collection, reporting, and service level than we've had in many years.
