Great firm to work with. Benefits/Pros: easy coordination - just put your receipts in prepaid envelopes and drop off at the end of the month to Canada Post and that's it. Monthly tracking. Good price with no trade-off in quality of work. Cons: I do value face to face time but that's just the nature of this beast. So can't really complain but only reason for four not five stars - personal preference.
