I wish I could say that I can give this agency a favorable review but I cannot since I never experienced their services. I had a scheduled appointment at the Whitehall location for 10am on a Wednesday morning. I arrived a few minutes before scheduled time but the door was locked. I walked into the adjacent business to see if this was common practice & suggested I contact the person I was to interview with. I walk back to my car to retrieve the phone number and called as I walked back to the door. A note that wasn’t there previously mysteriously appeared (maybe due to my knocking) announcing that they had a neeting until 10:30am. Since I’m unemployed & have nothing else to do, I wait. Here it is an hour later (11 am) and the note is still on the door. My contact is also unreachable. The unprofessionalism of this place is rather appalling and a turn off to ever using this agency again. I don’t live close by and I could have at least received a courtesy call letting me know of the cancellation or change in appointment. I even sent an email the previous day confirming the schedule appointment. I cannot and will not ever recommend this place based on this experience alone.
