They essentially charged me 25 dollars for a typo on their online payment system. It is a terribly outdated and unreliable system. They need to get up to the standards of Denver water and get with the times especially since they buy from Denver water anyway. The fee was totally unacceptable and receiving a notice that your payment didn’t go through (bc of a typo) via snail mail two days before they shut off the water is insane. Send emails or have a system that prompts you to fix the error immediately like every other business in town!
