Very disappointing after meeting criteria and having a second interview get a call from potential employer to discover that Neato did not send the documents required that were provide promptly. Called the office to express my displeasure to only be meet with a comment that it wasn’t her who didn’t send th paperwork. Seriously if you work for a company everyone is accountable, not sure how this company stays in business.
