Awful, awful people! The staff are absolutely rude... I have so much to say and I really hope the manager goes through those workers and works out who are the horrible ones and sacks them. Thank goodness I have rang the complaints team and moved somewhere else. So stuff you neato, now I don't have to be lied to and mistreated again. Sorry you missed out on getting money from me all because I became a full time student
