Where do I start.. Mark has been there from the very start with us (nearly 15 years) and again with our new business (august 2016), he has ALWAYS been available with advice and help. He is not a "yes man" because if he thinks our plans or proposals have a flaw he will point them out to us - very useful to have someone with such experience on our side. As we have grown so have our needs and Mark is still there for us. He is knowledgeable and uses plain English to explain his ideas and alternative solutions to any issue. Always at the end of a phone or an email when we want him, if I could have created an accountant for our business it would have been him. And in case you had not realised I am a small unique breed - the 'happy customer'. There are not many around but thanks to Mark we are increasing in number - give him a call and you too can be happy just like we are.Jeff Collins
