So Happy I found Dr. Davidson. What a beautiful location! He is very knowledgeable on PRP injections and Stem Cell Therapy. Did my knee and shoulder today. Prices the same as the mainland..He took his time and explained everything in detail. Almost painless. Looking forward to getting back to my sports.

I had taken my mom who is 82 from Oahu to Maui for stem cell therapy for her right knee as she wanted to avoid knee replacement surgery. Dr. Davison and his staff were so helpful and welcoming and when he did the ultrasound on her right knee, due to the severity of the degeneration of the joint he couldn't in all honesty perform the treatment with success. We had him scan her left knee as she was at the stages where she would have to likely have a knee replacement in the future for the left and we thank God he was able to do the stem cell therapy on the left. She is doing great and feels amazing with her left knee but ended getting a right knee replacement. She says, hands down she would recommend the stem cell therapy for anyone and she tells everyone she knows if they ever are encountering issues to do the stem cell therapy to avoid future surgery, she wishes she hadn't waited so long to inquire about her right knee but appreciates greatly, what Dr. Davison has done.

Such an incredible experience so far. The entire team- Doctors Davidson and Emily, Heather, the reception, and the dog- are all amazing and welcoming. I just had my second visit for PRP; and, while I don’t know how my body is going to heal just yet, I’m definitely recommending Maui Regenerative Medicine to my friends and people I train with based solely on the personalabble and professional interactions with the staff.

Dr. Davison and the team at Maui Regenerative Medicine are an excellent group of practitioners. I just completed my second professional course in regenerative injection therapy (RIT) with them, focused on treating dysfunction in the spine with prolotherapy, PRP, etc.When it comes to my professional training and where I put my energy, I only work with docs I trust and who have significant experience. Dr. Davison is one of the best, with many years of clinical experience as well as teaching. I highly recommend these courses for any professional interested in practicing prolotherapy, PRP, stem cell, exosomes, etc. An injection is only as good as the skill of the practitioner, so make sure you learn from the best.

Been there for three treatments. PRP mostly, but they are on the cutting edge of regenerative medicine. I’ve had two different types of injections for two different injuries, one recent injury and one from three years ago. Dr. Kevin Davison and Dr. Emily are wonderful, welcoming, and most importantly, competent. Can answer any and all questions, and walk you through the process. They saved me from surgery.
