Client Review on Maui Kombucha

Not a happy Drinker!!! So I am a recovering alcoholic for over 15 years. On a recent visit to Maui Kombucha I asked (because it can be a problem) “Does your Kombucha have normal alcohol content?” meaning is your Kombucha .05 or under. The answer from the staff was very concise “Yes, 100% our Kombucha is .05 or less.” This was and is not the case! I don't know the content exactly but I can tell you that this is not a place for a Kombocha this is a place for an alcoholic beverage. In fact over the course of the next 2 weeks on the island I talked to many people on the island and this was no surprise. They all seemed to very aware of the problem, and some people shared their experiences of even getting drunk from their brews. NOT OK!!! I would also like to point out that there were some very young (maybe 17 or 18) year old kids getting large growlers of this stuff! Also not ok!!! I would not recommend this place, as their business practices are less then noble.
