They were awesome on many aspects, and asked for a good review quite early, when i still thought they were cool. But.... They gave me a dirty apartment, with many issue, by previous tenants, students apparently. i mentioned those at the start (made photos) but except for a poor cleaning job nothing was done to raise the state. not important. i fixed whatever needed, cleaned and lived for some months. then i could get a better place, finished the month, cleaned the place, delivered it back, signed it off, ok ~1250 euro lost as their fee, but ok, my risk. upon sign oft they stated everything was ok, BUT after some weeks i got a message that i could get my deposit back (~2500 euro) MINUS ~450,- euro! for energy and cleaning(!). this is absurd! it was in a perfect condition and clean! I have a track record of over 50 airbnb hosts who have been happy with how they got back their appartment and this agency wants to charge me this way. Unacceptable. I contacted them a bit agitated, but they were not offering any reasonable solution. After some time they sent me a payment reminder. They did not automatically return my deposit until now. The story is still unfinished. But the trust is certainly damaged. I do not recommend them.--- 3 wks later ---Tiny update. After a firm discussion and delay, we found a solution that was acceptable for both. They deserve some respect for that. I still think they are a bit too commercial, but I do believe that on everything else they really did their best to get the best for the client, and I appreciate that.
