Could hounded to take out the Kashflow product paid they money could not use the product for two days after i then cancelled two months later I'm still waiting for my money back I have reported to trading standards

This company needs to be reviewed by trading standards, you cannot get to speak to anyone for support and when you do they talk to you worse as if you were an animal. I’m leaving this company and advice anyone thinking about joining to stay well away

The phone number provided is only automated. I have been trying for months to cancel my account and the help information is OUT OF DATE and does not work, meanwhile kashflow payroll KEEP taking money from my account. I have e-mailed them a number of times and nothing happens.
