Absolute joke! To start with monthly payment is shocking! You can't claim for everything for self-employed. I can just claim for fuel (pointless). I have learnt to phone them every wednesday or thursday to see if im going to get paid , as i got fed up of waking up friday mornings knowing i aint got paid. You tell them your going on holiday/sick/paternity and they can't understand how to read because they always get it wrong and blame you. (Yes you not them, even when you send them an email and you read it out to them). Avoid . Try someone else.
