Client Review on JCW

This review is about a particular recruiter called Alex - one of a few with the same name. He works for JCW but maybe also for Catalyst Sciences. I can't comment on the other staff.BAD POINTS: Alex placed me in an interview for a role that I was not qualified for even after I advised it was probably not going to work when I saw a more detailed job spec. He insisted my experience was a "great fit" or similar cliché but as suspected, the interview was a waste of time for all.It was an inexperienced "if you throw enough mud at the wall, some of it will stick" approach. I've had it elsewhere but other recruiters respect my views when I spot holes in their plan.GOOD POINTS: Alex and the director Kerry remained professional even when I was quite frank about the attitude of some recruiters towards people (only interested in one thing - commission).Alex also gave me detailed location and parking information about the office I was going to.Kerry has since been in touch with me personally to apologise and he intends to help Alex improve.
