This office is a massive joke, I have attempted to get in contact with the Accountant several times in regards to my Finances Tax's he prepared for 2017, and never have I heard back from him. First time he says he is talking to another client he will call back, 2nd time is a voicemail and the 3rd time is a simple hello and then the line is disconnected. The office isn't what shows in the pictures at all, and neither my fiance nor myself have seen the lady that is posted on google. The accountants lax of dedication to his job has costed us over $1,800 in penalties and more so we needed to contract a new accountant to correct everything. We even got a 3rd accounting firm to double check to make sure the errors from Ivy Accounting Tax & Advisory are indeed Errors. If financial losses and the amount of of headaches is what you seek caused by the lack of professionalism and Knowledge this firm states they have then by my guest and continue using their services. My best suggestion for this firm is (GET NEW MANAGEMENT OR AT LEAST A MORE LEVEL HEADED ACCOUNTANT)
