It’s got a wide range of things to do and places to see. It’s set in a valley on the River Clyde. It’s a model village created by Robert Owen to showcase how workers should really be treated. The area consists of a number of original buildings which also contain a museum. There is a great café and restaurant. A working waterwheel and some lovely walks along the Clyde Valley Including a waterfall. You can spend several hours there and really enjoy yourself.
