I don’t normally write reviews for things but I felt I had to speak up. I read a few reviews about how Green oaks is dirty.Things like the staff is disrespectful/rude.The place is broken down/poorly maintained. And that has not been my experience. I’ve lived in Green Oaks Apts for about 12 years now. My building is quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are kind, friendly and very respectful. I’ve never had any problems with the maintenance or management staff at any time. Everyone has always been very friendly. I've even recommended Green Oaks to friends and coworkers. Parking for guest can be a little tricky at times. Remembering to tell people where they can or cannot park is annoying but nothing is perfect. I also really like the location. You’re right in between two major highways so you can get anywhere in like 20 minutes. I’m down the street from very good schools, the library and the community center. As well as the police station. So I feel safe letting my children play outside and not worry. I enjoy living here.
