Grafton recruiters are unprofessional, selfish and unhelpful unless it will benefit them. I have signed with this agency 3 times and each time they find another way prove to me that they are not professional and do not care who gets the position they advertise for. My first problem with Grafton was I had a recruiter reach out to me and kept ringing me about a position. I was interested to change roles. He told me it was temp for 3 months, so I decided to leave a permanent position (I was sick of the same office and wanted a change) He was aware that I was employed as a permanent employee. On my last day he called me at 5 knowing I would not finish to quarter past , leaving a voicemail he advised me the role is now three weeks long and not months. As it was past 5 he was gone so I couldn't call him, he also advised me that he was on holiday for the next week! Thankfully, I was able to get back to my other job. My last encounter I was asked would I like to come to meet about a position. I went down the following Monday, meeting one of the recruiters, he didn't remember I was coming or the position I was there for! Then advised the position had be filled last week. Gave me a form to register and on his way he went.
