Should have looked at the reviews before I signed up.Had to chase payslips on numerous occasions. Emailed my contact to advise of resignation only to hear nothing back after a week so called to confirm they had received the information only to be told my contact had left and I had not been notified. Confirmed on the phone call again my resignation details and was advised all monies owed would be in my bank account the next week. The details again wer not processed and the money I was owed was not in my account. I had direct debits coming out and was therefore charged for an unarranged overdraft as the money didn't go in.I called graton and explained this and they offered a cheque and advised as long as I logged the cheque today I should not be charged (should have checked this with bank instead of trusting their advice my bad) this was not the case the cheque had not cleared and I was still charged. So grafton have cost me money with their mistakes and also caused me to miss my lunch and come back to my new place of work late by having to visit them to collect the cheque and run to the bank in time I didn't have.
