Managed to apply and successfully obtain a job working for a bank through Grafton a while back. When I arrived at the training centre for the first day of work I was told that my name was not on the list. When I phoned Grafton I was simply told that my name had not properly submitted. The woman who had been dealing with my employment didn't seem very apologetic, and also didn't seem to care that she had cost me a valuable job opportunity. ADVISE AGAINST USING.
