The female working in dispatching, that schedules the pick -ups is very rude and unprofessional, I cannot see how someone who lacks her amount of people skills is given a job speaking to people who desire to give sizeable donations.

I have always found great deals at Goodwill stores. This store also had great deals on some terrific antique furniture. However, the lady in charge of processing the furniture into the store had a terrible attitude. She was hateful and actually yelled at me while I was outside, in front of the store looking at the furniture about to be brought inside. She told me I could not purchase the dresser until it was brought inside the store. I told her I could just go ahead and buy it and take to my vehicle without them having to move it. She proceeded to yell at me they I couldn't have it yet. So I waited over an hour as she had every last piece of furniture brought in EXCEPT the piece she knew I was waiting on. There was was no reason for this behavior except to be hateful and rude and to try to exercise whatever authority she felt like she had. Even the clerks were surprised she was actually making me wait. It is a shame she just wanted to make someone else as miserable as her.

I dropped off a few bags and someone was in front of me, sifting through containers, giving one pair of jeans, one belt, just taking their time. I didn't mind waiting, but figured I'd help by just handing my bags over. There was two ladies working so I thought it was ok. One of the ladies was so horribly rude, I was shocked. I already had my bags to her when she yelled at me for not waiting my turn. When it was my turn, I apologized for the confusion and she gave me the meanest look and didn't say a word. Honestly, I will never donate to this location again. I'm giving away my stuff to you guys and that's how I'm treated?! Absolutely crazy.

It's a decent store but some of the prices are a bit High. I don't understand why they don't have fitting rooms. Maybe too many people are stealing or something but they get the clothes for free anyway... why can't people try them on that want to pay for them

I hate to visit this store anymore. It's always a mess. Shelves are dirty and messy, clothes and hangers all over the floor. I love to shop thrift stores and help out the various agencies but it's just not pleasant shopping in here.

RIP off. Very misleading. Was looking for items for a play. I asked the lady if I could return items if they didnt work. She said absolutely within 2 weeks. Just took back items and they will only give a store credit. Evidently it states it in the receipt but 1. The item is already purchased and 2. I was given a verbal statement that I could return item within 2 weeks. She conveniently left out the part of sforza store merchandise. I'll never go back and will never donate to Goodwill again.
